There is a small delivery charge for orders outside the UK. This will be applied to your order on your checkout.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving the payment for your item. Delivery is usually via Royal mail or DHL. Please note that we cannot guarantee the use of any particular courier company. Some orders may also require a signature on arrival. If the order does require a signature and there is no one in at your address to sign for it, it will be taken to your local depot and a note will be left for you to notify you of this. The item will be stored at your local depot for at least 7 days waiting for you to collect it. Unfortunately, no instructions can be give to the delivery staff to leave the order else where. Please note that once delivery has been made to your selected delivery address, the goods are then your responsibility.
1st Class Delivery
1st Class Delivery is free for customers in the UK no matter how many items you order. Delivery will normally take between 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch but usually arrives next working day, if ordered before 4.30pm Mon-Fri (subject to stock availability and postal service).
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available for £6.50. Please select this online at the time of ordering. Next day delivery orders must be completed before 4:00pm GMT and is subject to stock availability. This service ensures you receive priority from the second you place your order, your order is processed first and dispatched promptly via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note Next Day delivery is not guaranteed for Saturdays and no deliveries are made on Sunday or bank holidays by our Courier. Once we have dispatched your order with Royal Mail your goods will normally arrive the next working day before noon. Please note we have no influence over the postal service and although unlikely, delays can occur. No dispatches are made over the weekend.
We will strive to ensure that you order is delivered within the stated ETA's. However, on occasion orders can be delayed due to factors beyond our control. If we become aware of such delays we will email you about the situation.
We ensure all items are checked before we despatch your order. But in the rare event that items are mis-handled during the delivery process, please keep the product and the PACKAGING and inform our customer service to enable us to send you a replacement.
Refunds
All refunds will be made in accordance with customers statutory rights.
Unwanted Products
We understand that for many reasons a customer may wish to return an unwanted product. If an item is unwanted it must be unused, unopened and in perfect resalable condition.
All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of payment being made.
If the above points are met we will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 10 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
Faulty Products
All products are carefully packed in protective packages to minimize the risk of damage occurring during delivery.
If a product arrives that is damaged or has a defect we will replace the product free of charge provided if it is dispatched for return 14 days after the customer received the product.
Should a customer receive an incorrect item it must be returned to the below address.
Included with this return should be a note explaining why the item is being returned (Faulty Item received) and also stating all the transaction details i.e. customers name and address, order number, full title of item purchase.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
Faulty items will be processed within three working days of receipt. Please allow time for the faulty item to arrive back with us.
All products that are claimed to be faulty will be inspected. Any item(s) that has been tampered with will not receive a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect item
Should a customer receive an incorrect item it must be returned to the below stated address.
Included with this return should be a note explaining why the item is being returned (Incorrect Item received) and also stating all the transaction details i.e. customers name and address, order number, full title of item purchase.In this situation the correct item will be immediately be dispatched and the postage for returning the item refunded.
Incorrect items will be processed within three working days of receipt. Please allow time for the faulty item to arrive back with us.

Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery)
You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
